Can the Dallas Charge improve after impressive inaugural season?

They will win if: The offense drives in runs consistency. Last year they only scored 125 runs only the Pennsylvania Rebellion scored less. They start winning close ball games. Lauren Haeger settles in as the new ace of the staff and dominates like she did in the middle and the end of the year. Kaitlyn Richardson picks up right where she left off last season.

They will lose if: The offense continues to struggle with driving in runs. Lauren Haeger struggles of adjusting to the league continue. Kaitlyn Richardson has a sophomore slump year. The team continues to struggle in tight games.

Conclusion: Last year the Charge did just enough on offense to make it the NPF championship series. The Charge have a great pitching staff but it can’t carry them all season like it did for most of last year. If the Charge offense improves and the pitching staff continues to do great things expect the Charge to be a dark horse team.
